WATERLOO HIGH RISE DEVELOPMENT

We acquired two neighboring properties in Waterloo and are converting them into a high-rise tower in the city's center. The site is within walking distance of the University of Waterloo, Laurier University, and Conestoga College. With RN-25 zoning, we can construct a 25-story building. We're progressing towards establishing a high-rise condominium.

PARRY SOUND, ONTARIO

PARRY SOUND DEVELOPMENT

Acorn Ridge is an 8.1-acre development in an esteemed Parry Sound neighborhood. It has five four-story buildings with 160 units, boasting panoramic views of Afon Sequin and Parry Sound Harbour. It's a modern living space that blends seamlessly with nature's beauty.

WASAGA BEACH, ONTARIO

WASAGA SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT

Beachwood Terrace, a residential development in Wasaga Beach, Ontario, is situated on Beachwood Road and spans 6.48 hectares (16 acres). It borders a four-lane highway to the south and Georgian Bay to the north. The proposed site plan includes 206 units, consisting of 2 detached homes, 14 semi-detached homes, 118 freehold townhomes, and 72 stacked townhomes.

We’ve successfully completed low-rise subdivisions featuring detached and semi-detached townhouses. Additionally, we’ve undertaken mid-rise developments comprising 6-8 storey buildings. Currently, we’re in the process of developing a high-rise tower spanning 30 storeys.
The term ‘development’ can often be misleading. When we discuss developments, we’re specifically referring to the process of obtaining all necessary approvals for a site and advancing it to the site plan stage, which does not entail any construction work. Conversely, there are developer-builder companies, such as Mattamy Homes, that not only secure approvals for sites but also undertake the construction phase for their projects.
